Will I get a “break” on insurance with security protection?
Yes. All insurance companies offer a price reduction for a monitored security or fire alarm in the residence. After installation of a security or alarm system, Tri State will provide the appropriate certification to your insurance company.

I want to switch my monitoring services to Tri State - can I do that? If so, how?
Yes. Tri State will schedule a service call to determine what type of system you have (there are a few out there), the process for taking over the monitoring (all systems are different), and what will be the next step.
