Tri State Life Safety & Electric Systems Inc. is the result of Donna Sharp’s vision to provide a full service security, fire, and low voltage company. A one stop shop for the consumer and contractor. After eleven years in the security industry working for others, Donna decided that things needed to change and Tri State Life Safety was born. This vision included creating a security, fire and low voltage company that could handle all the needs modern businesses have in this area.
System specific companies had previously limited the consumers’ ability to contract with a single entity that could handle all security, fire, and other low voltage systems within one company.
Tri State Life Safety incorporated in 1999, and has steadily grown to service several thousands of commercial and residential clients throughout the United States. We work diligently to fulfill all their low voltage needs.
1999- Present
By 2002, Tri State had expanded to North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida and exceeded 1 million dollars in new sales annual sales. In 2003, we had expanded throughout the entire Eastern United States to better serve our clients. By the end of 2006 we had jumped to over 4 million in annual revenue and expanded to be a nationwide company as we had obtained several national accounts that we still service and maintain. Our network of customers and contractors prove to help us in continuing to grow.
The past 22 years have been filled with success and strong continuous growth.
We feel very blessed as a company. When others failed we have stood strong - no matter the economy or circumstances surrounding us.

2019 is proving to be our best year ever with the opening of our Texas office. We continue to provide our customers with all their security, fire and low voltage needs.
